Returns and Exchanges Policy
Exchanges:
- Eligibility: Exchanges are available for size adjustments on full-price styles only. Discounted or offer items are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Procedure:
- Contact us at info@zencouture.in or call/WhatsApp our customer care at +91-9998755277 within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
- Await email confirmation from us to initiate the return request.
- Once accepted, you will be provided with the shipping address.
- Securely pack your return in the original packaging, if possible, and courier the parcel to us. Shipping details will be shared via email.
Return and Exchange Shipment:
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipments must be arranged by the customer. We do not generate pick-up requests.
Charges and Limitations:
- Exchange Charges: Exchanges are accepted once and may incur additional charges.
- Ineligible Items: Customized orders and sale/discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Return Eligibility:
- Criteria: Returns are accepted if the item is unworn, undamaged, unwashed, free from perfume, and with all tags attached.
- Quality Check: Upon receiving the product, we will conduct a quality check. If any damage is found or the item appears worn, the return will be canceled, and the customer must retrieve the item from our Head Office.
Credit Note:
- Issuance: Approved returns will be issued a credit note matching the value of the purchased product.
- Validity: The credit note is valid for 90 days from the date of issue and can be used on your next purchase. It cannot be combined with any other coupon or discount offers.
Initiating a Return:
- Non-Eligible Items: Sale/discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- Our team will process your request and provide further instructions.
Time Limit:
- Request Window: Exchanges or return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
Item Descriptions and Colors:
- Accuracy: Please read item descriptions carefully, including size information. Note that colors may vary slightly due to monitor calibration.
Return Shipping Fees:
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for shipping the articles back to us in the case of an exchange/return.

- Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery is 7-10 working days within tier 1 & 2 cities. Delivery times may vary for other regions.
- Responsibility: We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
- Guaranteed Delivery: Occasionally, we offer guaranteed delivery for specific items. However, we are not liable for delays due to unforeseeable circumstances.
- Lost Parcels: If a parcel is lost before delivery, we will dispatch a replacement. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Contact us for assistance with lost parcels.
Refund Policy:
- Monetary Refunds: We do not provide monetary refunds at this time.
- Return Process and Notification:
- Upon receiving your returned items, we will inspect them.
- We will notify you via email or phone about the receipt and outcome of your refund request.
- If approved, a store credit will be issued to your Zencouture website account, valid for 90 days, for future purchases.
